Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Strategy & Operations Analyst for a remote role in the United States. The position involves data analysis, strategic planning, operations, customer escalations, and cross-functional project management.

Responsibilities include evaluating business questions with SQL/data tools, owning escalations end-to-end, executing campaigns, managing multiple workstreams, and partnering with Strategy, Marketing, CRM, Legal, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, and Customer

• Use SQL, data, and AI tools to analyze business questions, size opportunities, validate populations, track spend/redemption, and develop recommendations.
• Own customer escalations from root-cause analysis through resolution, coordinating with Engineering, Support, Legal, Finance, and other teams.
• Execute and QA consumer campaigns and platform experiences, including campaign setup, runtime files, and Journey Service workflows.
• Manage multiple projects/workstreams independently, including timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner cross-functionally with Strategy, Marketing, CRM, Legal, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, and Customer Experience.
• Identify process improvements and recurring issues, using data and operational patterns to improve the customer experience.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure launches and operational workflows are accurate.

Job description

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Strategy & Operations Analyst to work for one of our top global tech clients! This person will operate as a self-directed partner, owning projects and workstreams from beginning to end. The role combines data analysis, strategy, operations, customer escalations, campaign execution, and cross-functional project management.

Pay: $28-$29.50/hr.

Schedule: 9a-5p

Location: Remote- US

Key Responsibilities
