Job summary

Rhoads Industries in The Navy Yard, Philadelphia, seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure safety, quality, and on-time production. You will lead a crew, coordinate across departments, and drive improvements in processes and SOPs in a non-union setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven experience in a crew leadership role (Group Leader/Foreman).
• Supervisory experience in a structural shipyard or construction environment preferred.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Within 90 days, pass operations supervisor training courses and skills tests.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality. (Operational Oversight)
