Interstate Waste Services seeks an Operations Supervisor II to oversee multiple route lines including commercial, residential, roll-off and container delivery. You will supervise drivers, enforce safety standards, and partner with the Operations Hauling Manager to meet budget targets.

You will drive safety, customer experience and operational efficiency while promoting a culture of engaged employees and compliant practices across DOT and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in waste management operations.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in waste management and transportation.

Responsabilités

• Supervise drivers and helpers across one or more lines of business (commercial, residential, roll-off and container delivery).
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, operating, regulatory and ethics standards; lead safety programs and accident prevention.
• Improve the customer experience by delivering reliable pickups and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Analyze and optimize routes for cost efficiency and service quality; coordinate with Dispatch to manage traffic and site access.
• Foster employee engagement, coach team members, and develop talent for advancement.
