Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Operations Supervisor.
• Commercial driver's license (CDL) or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within the assigned geographic area.
• Lead and supervise drivers and laborers; provide feedback.
• Ensure safety training, incident reporting, and compliance.
• Plan staffing, shifts, call-ins/no-shows; report metrics.
• Optimize facilities or routes and ensure coverage at all times.
• Visit facilities/areas to evaluate performance and improvements.
• Address customer issues and solve problems; adapt to issues.
