Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Operations Supervisor in waste, manufacturing or trucking.
• CDL preferred or willingness to obtain one for supervising drivers.
• Excellent MS Office skills and ability to interpret reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within the assigned geographic area for drivers and laborers.
• Ensure safety training, incident reporting, and adherence to safety plans.
• Schedule shifts, plan for call-ins, and report department metrics.
• Optimize facilities or routes and verify coverage at all times.
• Lead and supervise staff, provide feedback, and maintain a positive work environment.
