Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6 months experience in package handling, retail, hospitality, fulfillment center, warehouse, dock, or stock roles; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety program knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation and operation.
• Plan and direct day-to-day operations; assign staff and responsibilities.
• Monitor performance, analyze metrics, and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with FXG policies, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular meetings and communicate updates to teams.
