Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and staff scheduling.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate employees.
• Ensure safe and efficient sortation of packages.
• Ensure compliance with FedEx policies and government regulations.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Conduct daily meetings and communicate updates to the team.
• Investigate and resolve customer service issues.
• Mentor junior Operations Supervisors.
