Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• In lieu of experience, certification or Associate's degree acceptable.
• 6 months of supervisory or package handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and assigned staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation and productivity.
• Hire, coach, train, recognize, evaluate performance and address staff concerns.
• Plan and direct day-to-day operations; allocate staff to optimize cost and quality.
• Analyze performance, review reports, and drive improvement actions for key metrics.
• Lead meetings, communicate updates, and mentor newer supervisors.
