Job summary

Ultipro is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee the execution of all production floor activities and coordinate with Planning Manager and Account Management to plan production and labor. The role emphasizes maximizing on-time fulfillment and efficiency across the team.

Requirements include a High School diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and 3+ years of warehouse supervision, with strong leadership, communication, and inventory control skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years warehouse supervision experience.
• Thorough knowledge of receiving, shipping, product fulfillment, and inventory control.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan production activities with Planning Manager and Account Management.
• Determine appropriate production methods and labor levels to meet service deliverables.
• Review master production schedule and work orders to maximize availability.
• Supervise all fulfillment and production personnel for productivity and accuracy.
• Ensure lines are set up and materials are in position for prompt start-up.
• Ensure employees understand duties at line start up.
• Check work to ensure proper assembly and adherence to shipping schedule.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate employees; assign and direct work.
• Support quality standards, safety policies, and work instructions per the quality system.
• Provide a safe working environment per OSHA and company safety policies.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on issues, safety, and communications.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Ensure respectful treatment of others.
• Perform other duties as required.
