Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
• On Road experience and understanding of dispatch principles.
• Proficient with UPS software systems including Time and Labor, DCS, ODSe, GTS and Workday.
• Knowledge of DPS, DMS and dispatch processes.
• Familiarity with Preload operations and HR/Labor/Automotive/IE/Base groups.

Responsibilities

• Analyze KPIs for center operations and report findings to management.
• Provide daily performance recap for leadership.
• Oversee part-time center supervisors; ensure tasks and training are completed.
• Update customer experience dashboard; onboard new customers.
• Plan dispatch tasks and review RTW daily for accuracy.
• Coordinate on-road dispatch and communicate load adjustments.
• Align vehicle lineup with dispatch, wash, and other groups.
• Prepare disciplinary actions, grievances, and service-provider concerns.
• Monitor safety dashboards and compliance components.
• Cover Business Manager duties when needed.
