Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and UPS software/tools including Time and Labor, DCS, ODSe, GTS, Workday.
• On Road experience and PDS skills including knowledge of DPS, DMS, and Dispatch Principles.
• Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Card.

Responsibilities

• Performs KPI analysis for center operations and reports to management.
• Oversees part-time center supervisors and ensures daily tasks and training are completed.
• Updates customer experience dashboard and onboards new customers.
• Manages dispatch planning and daily RTW reviews.
• Coordinates vehicle lineup with dispatch and wash groups.
• Prepares disciplinary actions and addresses service provider concerns.
• Monitors safety compliance dashboards and assists in risk mitigation.
• Covers Business Manager responsibilities when needed.
