Job summary

National Seating & Mobility in Florida is seeking a proactive service coordinator to support technicians, manage repair quotes, inventory, and parts. You will ensure timely processing of orders, scheduling, and customer communications, acting as a reliable liaison between customers and the company.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, knowledge of equipment and medical billing, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and prior supervision experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• Knowledge of equipment and medical billing.
• Organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience as a team lead or supervisor preferred.
• Experience with distribution and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and communicate repair quotes with Technicians.
• Supervise equipment deliveries and maintain quality control.
• Maintain an adequate and appropriate supply of repair parts.
• Purchase special parts as needed and cost effectively.
• Perform accurate physical inventory and use company systems.
• Insure all orders are processed within the 7 day compliance standard.
• Monitor CSR Queues for compliance; schedule delivery dates.
• Handle returns and credits to maintain shop numbers and vendor credits.
• Coordinate paperwork, workflow, and scheduling for the service department.
• Act as liaison between customers and the company to resolve concerns and complaints.
