Job summary

National Seating & Mobility, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented team lead for the service department in Florida. You will work with technicians to prepare repair quotes and supervise equipment deliveries to maintain quality control, while managing parts inventory and warranty paperwork.

The role requires knowledge of equipment, medical billing basics, and strong organizational and leadership skills. Prior experience in HME/DME and scheduling is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of equipment and how it functions in a clinical/home setting.
• Understanding of medical billing processes and documentation.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience leading or supervising a team is preferred.
• Experience with distribution and scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians in preparing and communicating repair quotes.
• Supervise equipment delivered to ensure quality control.
• Maintain inventory of repair parts and process parts orders.
• Coordinate paperwork for warranty work and service orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Act as liaison between customers and the company to improve communication.
