Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 3 years’ experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role
• Preferred: Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation
• Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, and warehousing operations daily.
• Plan labor scheduling and space utilization to meet productivity goals.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Mentor and develop warehouse staff and conduct performance reviews.
