Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, and product slotting activities daily.
• Plan labor scheduling, space utilization, and equipment needs to meet KPIs.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; address performance issues and develop teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost objectives; communicate with management and clients.
• Lead regular staff meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
