Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a results-driven Operations Lead to organize and coordinate the workflow of a small branch, overseeing order processing, permitting, revenue recognition, installer pay, AR and scheduling. The role emphasizes lean process implementation and continuous improvement across functions.

You will supervise a team of 15-20, develop SOPs, train staff, and collaborate daily with sales, operations and install teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of outstanding customer service experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to remain calm during stressful situations
• Excellent organizational skills in structuring work assignments, creating standard work procedures and planning projects
• Demonstrated leadership skills in directing, managing and motivating employees
• Excellent communication skills: listening, written and verbal
• Excellent analytical skills for problem solving, interpreting data, and defining resolution
• Dependability in meeting deadlines, following through on commitments, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Supervise service and install appointments, maximizing efficiency and customer service.
• Manage data input in designated systems to ensure accuracy and maximize first-pass yield.
• Coordinate and oversee job folders and related documents.
• AR management with focus on minimizing receivables.
• Facilitate daily communication between sales, operations and install teams to exceed targets.
• Lead lean, standardized methods and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Provide training and direct daily work of direct reports.
