Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial ops.
• Strong knowledge of lean, 5S and CI methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop production teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP ERP/MES systems.
• Strong cross-department collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and enforce PPE compliance in daily activities.
• Lead and develop production teams to improve performance.
• Monitor production plan to achieve targets and optimize scheduling.
• Ensure quality per Standardized Work and customer requirements.
• Manage absenteeism and maintain discipline per policies.
• Prevent scrap and optimize process conditions to meet OEE goals.
• Drive training and continuous improvement across the team.
• Coordinate with Production Planning and Sales to meet IAM market needs.
• Document procedures, releases, audits, and work standards.
