Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to meet goals.
Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives in production areas.
Apply PDCA/8D problem-solving for root cause resolution.
Maintain safety, quality, and cost objectives; ensure 5S and zoning.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, maintenance, HR, and others.
Manage union relationships and ensure adherence to the collective bargaining agreement.
Coach and mentor team members; develop development plans and performance feedback.
Monitor line performance, scrap reduction, and line down time metrics.
Evaluate process bottlenecks and implement improvements with data-driven analysis.
