Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints or technical documents.
• Stand for long shifts and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete production records and monitor process controls.
• Ensure correct completion of process and nonconforming product cards.
• Perform inspections and Autonomous Maintenance as trained.
• Operate presses, milling, drilling, and assembly lines safely.
• Support onboarding and training of new employees.
• Identify and report deviations and waste reduction ideas.
• Keep workstation clean and organized; maintain equipment.
• Adhere to Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Environmental standards.
