Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to hourly workforce to ensure daily tasks and activities are executed efficiently.
• Supervise logistics operations including customer service, freight loading/unloading, dispatch and documentation.
• Conduct team meetings and provide coaching and counseling to associates.
• Evaluate and implement changes to improve dispatch productivity and training for new associates.
• Ensure site systems knowledge exists to ensure compliance and accurate records.
• Complete records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion.
