The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a proven ability to manage labor, payroll, and service delivery while maintaining compliance and safety standards across all Aptive service teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Valid US driver’s license with 3+ years of use and clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead local field operations team with focus on quality and service.
• Manage payroll for Service Professionals and Lead Service Professionals.
• Balance labor utilization with production to optimize efficiency.
• Deliver high-level service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Meet KPI standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure safety and compliance.
• Set goals with teams and monitor performance using dashboards.
• Support service standards in the field and drive growth.
• Oversee route execution and pest control service delivery.
• Maintain licensing and regulatory compliance.
