Aptive Environmental is seeking an Operations Supervisor in the Houston area to lead a local field operations team focused on quality and service. You will ensure customers have a memorable experience and drive efficiency in scheduling, payroll, and workforce management.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Proficient with Google Drive and related software.
• A US driver’s license that has been valid for a minimum of 3 years is required.
• A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years).
• Ability to obtain and maintain all license/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and retain a local field operations team to ensure quality and service.
• Meet requirements for personal service production and optimize labor utilization.
• Manage payroll for Service Professionals and Lead Service Professionals.
• Achieve high operational efficiency and effective labor management.
• Drive growth and ensure safe delivery of quality services.
• Execute plans for improvement of deficiencies identified by leadership.
• Set and manage goals with team members to improve performance.
• Review performance metrics with the Operations Manager.
• Deliver high-level service quality to customers and perform pest control as scheduled.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Regional Trainer to uphold standards.
• Remain compliant with state and federal laws, regulations, and licensing.
