Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

• A US driver’s license valid for 3+ years.
• Clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in past year; no more than 2 in past 4 years).
• Drug test and background check will be performed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses/certificates.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer retention, employee retention and improving customer revenue for their assigned team.
• Meet requirements for personal service production.
• Balance labor utilization with production to optimize efficiency.
• Manage payroll for all Service Professionals within the team.
• Ensure delivery of quality services and safety.
