Qualifications

• High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales and operational experience.
• 2+ years supervision and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in implementing actions to achieve financial objectives.
• Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring compliance with all company policies.
• Drive branch metrics by monitoring scorecard items and coaching staff.
• Support sales and customer service, including quotations, reservations and contracts.
• Maximize operational effectiveness by training staff and controlling costs.
• May handle day-to-day activities such as opening/closing, cash reconciliation and deposits.
• Motivate, coach and train personnel.
• Promote safety and discipline through leadership and communication.
• Other duties as needed.
