Job summary

United Rentals, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the delivery of quality service, coordinate branch activities, and maximize productivity. You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure safety, performance, and efficient Rental Flow processes.

You will supervise staff, coach for improvement, and promote a culture of safety and accountability while supporting sales and customer service efforts across the branch.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales and operational experience.
• 2+ years of supervision/leadership experience.
• Basic knowledge of construction rental equipment industry.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager to achieve financial objectives.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Drive branch metrics by monitoring scorecard items and coaching staff.
• Process rental quotations, reservations and contracts per policies.
• Ensure staff are trained and compliant with Rental Flow Process; monitor costs.
