Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for loading/unloading of freight.
• Coordinate with employees; ensure clear directions and monitor performance.
• Maintain load plans and balance for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks to workers based on unloading/loading schedules.
• Provide training, feedback, and disciplinary input as needed.
• Give positive and constructive feedback to employees.
• Build relationships with business partners to meet service standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment for personnel and customers.
• Promote safe handling of hazardous materials.
• Keep a positive attitude in a high-intensity environment.
• Collaborate with team to reach department goals.
