Job summary

NRI is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the order fulfillment team in Fontana, CA, ensuring timely delivery of orders and commitments in a dynamic environment.

You will train and develop staff, monitor performance against SLA and KPI targets, plan labor with the DC Manager based on forecast, uphold safety and SOPs, and work Mon–Fri 1:30pm–10:00pm.

Requires 3+ years leading a warehouse team; a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or related field is a plus; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading a warehouse/light industrial team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook.
• Must have physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop team members.
• Monitor performance against SLA and KPI targets.

• Provide regular feedback on performance.
• Follow NRI safety rules and SOPs.
• Keep work areas safe, clean and tidy.
