Residence Inn Orangeburg, a Colwen Hotels property, is seeking a Hotel Operations Supervisor to support Front Desk and Housekeeping. You will train, supervise, and schedule teams, assist with administrative duties, act as MOD, and fill in as Front Desk Agent and Housekeeper as needed.

Qualifications

• Two year college degree or hospitality experience.
• Brand-specific experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interviewing and supervise front office staff.
• Review staff performance to ensure policy adherence.
• Process check-ins/outs, verify billing, create reservations.
• Provide guest local knowledge and concierge style service.
• Maintain safety, key controls, and budget awareness.
• Support manager with administrative duties and training.
