Job summary

Location is onsite in Bradley, IL, with a 1st shift/morning schedule. The position emphasizes operational excellence, SOP evaluation, and effective team leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical degree or related education preferred.
• Experience in control room or facilities operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee control room operations, alarm response, escalation, and compliance.
• Lead operations team scheduling, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and hospital admin for upgrades and transitions.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions for safety and efficiency.
• Provide planning and coverage for leadership roles as needed.
