Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Supervisor, Janitorial Services to lead sanitation programs across manufacturing and administrative environments. You will oversee janitorial staff, ensure health and safety compliance, and act as liaison between JLL, union subcontractors, and the client.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement and strong cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervision experience in janitorial, facilities or manufacturing operations.
• Experience navigating union environments and labor relations.
• Strong organizational, communication and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA and environmental health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review EOS reports, identify carryover items, and create action plans.
• Schedule routes and equipment, conduct safety briefings, and submit shift reports.
• Manage floor operations and deploy cleanup teams as needed.
• Coordinate with JLL, union subcontractor management, and client stakeholders on standards.
• Train staff on chemical usage, PPE, equipment operation and safety procedures.
