Job summary

Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the shift line in our Mississippi facility.

You will coach hourly team members, drive safety, quality, cost, and efficiency targets, and ensure GMP/HACCP compliance while guiding continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires 2+ years in a leadership manufacturing role, an associate degree in a STEM field (Bachelor's preferred), and experience with TPM/Lean/Six Sigma methods to reduce waste and improve

Qualifications

• 2 Year / Associate Degree in STEM required or equivalent.
• Preferred Bachelor of Science in STEM or active enrollment in a 4-year STEM degree program.
• Experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the shift line team to meet Safety, Quality, Cost, and Efficiency targets.
• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Ensure GMP and HACCP adherence and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to resolve production challenges.
