Qualifications

• Requires a STEM-focused 2-year degree, or equivalent.
• Preferred Bachelor’s in STEM; experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead line teams on 1st and 2nd shifts to meet Safety, Quality, Cost and Efficiency targets.
• Develop and execute production plans aligned with site and corporate goals.
• Coach and develop Team Manager I and hourly staff to sustain performance improvements.
• Oversee daily production, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure GMP and HACCP compliance and monitor KPIs to take corrective actions.
