Job summary

Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. is seeking a Production Technical Lead to drive safety, quality and productivity on the assigned line. The role focuses on technical excellence, continuous improvement, and training front-line teams to achieve OEE goals.

You will lead line/area collaboration with maintenance, engineering, safety and quality, and ensure GMP/HACCP compliance. Strong troubleshooting, communication and Lean skills are essential; relevant food processing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in manufacturing; food industry preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting processing equipment and implementing technical solutions.
• Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting of processing equipment on the production floor.
• Provide training and coaching to front-line operators to strengthen technical capability.
• Identify opportunities to improve OEE, reduce waste and enhance product quality.
• Ensure centerline compliance and safety procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, safety and quality teams to resolve challenges.
