Job summary

Goose Creek Transit (GCT) in Sheridan, WY is seeking an Office Manager to supervise Transportation Specialists/Client Coordinators and manage day-to-day office operations, dispatch coordination, scheduling, billing, and data accuracy.

The Office Manager will act as the primary liaison between the Transportation Manager and office staff, ensuring workflows are consistent and compliant while providing coverage for key functions as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising Transportation Specialists/Client Coordinators.
• Ability to train, coach, and evaluate staff.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct day-to-day supervision of Transportation Specialists/Client Coordinators, including assigning and prioritizing work and coordinating office staffing and dispatch coverage.
• Train, onboard, coach, and provide feedback to office staff; participate in performance evaluations and address routine concerns.
• Develop and maintain consistent office procedures and promote professional communication, teamwork, accountability, and problem-solving.
• Oversee accurate and timely transportation data entry in systems and coordinate billing and documentation.
• Ensure professional customer service and serve as the first level of escalation for client questions and issues.
• Maintain regular communication with the Transportation Manager regarding service needs and safety/compliance.
