Collectors Beckett Team seeks an Operations Supervisor to launch a new card grading operation in Tigard, Oregon. You will oversee end-to-end processes from receiving to shipping and will report to the Operations Supervisor, working on-site five days a week.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, strong MS Office skills, and a Bachelor's degree. The role includes coaching staff, tracking KPIs, and occasional travel to trade shows on the West Coast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Office 365).
• Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
• Strong organizational and team-working skills.
• Experience as supervisor or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Meet quarterly revenue and profit goals by motivating and coaching staff.
• Enforce policies to optimize productivity.
• Organize workflow; set daily objectives and weekly schedules.
• Monitor employee productivity.
• Coach, counsel, and provide feedback.
• Recommend promotions to Operations Manager.
• Resolve discrepancies using SOPs; contact customers.
• Track KPIs and cross-functional collaboration.
• Occasional travel to trade shows.
