Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in fulfillment/manufacturing or related role
• 3+ years in a managerial/supervisory role
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Strong verbal and written communication, including policy/procedure understanding
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Supervise staffing, training, and scheduling of department personnel.
• Monitor staff productivity and assign tasks as needed.
• Create and maintain departmental structure, morale and sense of team.
• Develop production goals and ensure that goals are met.
• Plan employee work priorities to meet daily operations goals.
• Develop staff skills and create a rewarding work environment.
• Create effective solutions for issues within the Department.
• Ensure team uses appropriate resources to identify items.
• Devise strategies to maintain service levels.
• Maintain accurate records and follow proper procedures.
• Lead by example and champion company policies including safety and attendance.
