• Ensure all departments meet or exceed budgeted numbers.
• Participate in company meetings and enforce decisions made by upper management.
• Organize and facilitate weekly staff meetings to keep employees motivated and informed about business operations and changes.

Compensation

Salary: $85,000 base salary + up to $1,000 monthly performance bonus + up to $5,000 yearly performance‑based bonus.

Combined total compensation can reach approximately $102,000, varying with performance and the benefit package.
