Job summary

Westlake Services, LLC | LV Corp is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage the end-to-end flow of recovered vehicle assets on-site in Las Vegas, NV. The role focuses on eliminating barriers to sale, reducing cycle times, and maximizing asset value through disciplined inventory control and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years of supervisory experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and internal systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant operational experience with prior lead or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and relevant internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the team to ensure productivity, quality, and service standards.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to support employee development and performance.
• Serve as first point of escalation for operational issues and employee concerns.
• Monitor performance and address issues promptly, escalating as needed.
• Ensure daily workflows and tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate workload distribution to balance efficiency, capacity, and deadlines.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Track and report basic performance metrics and updates to management.
• Communicate priorities, deadlines, and process changes clearly to the team.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support new procedures or tools.
• Lead efforts to improve current processes and standard operating procedures
