Job summary

Westlake Financial in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Recovery Operations Admin for impounds and repossessions. You will review assignment details to ensure state and federal compliance and coordinate with repossession vendors and internal teams.

You’ll manage notices, authorize lien oppositions, and help queue accounts for follow-up, while maintaining accurate records across multiple systems. This full-time, in-person position offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous work experience in consumer credit or banking, preferably in automotive finance, impounds or repossessions is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Review impound accounts for pick up/opposition
• Recovery of seized vehicle, following State and Federal Guidelines
• Authorize / track lien opposition for resolution
• Prevent lapses and clear up inconsistencies in agent updates
• Maintain effective communication with repossession agents, collection and other internal departments.
