You will coach staff, monitor performance, improve processes, and partner with vendors to reduce cycle times while maintaining compliance. A strong hands-on leader with analytical skills is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant operational experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of assigned team to ensure productivity and quality.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to support employee development.
• Act as first point of escalation for operational issues.
• Monitor performance and address issues promptly.
• Ensure daily workflows are completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate workload distribution to balance efficiency and deadlines.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.
• Track and report basic performance metrics to management.
• Communicate priorities, deadlines, and process changes clearly to the team.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation of new procedures or tools.
• Lead efforts to improve current processes and SOPs.
