Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold store readiness. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive execution, coaching, and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing shipments, replenishment, and stock organization, while maintaining cleanliness and safety across the sales floor and back-of-house areas.

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Supervisor is a values-based leader who supports operational execution and store readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business

• Coaching & development of associates and leaders
