Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for the night shift to oversee nightly production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities include overseeing the full production process on the night shift, enforcing GMP, coordinating staffing and equipment, and maintaining product quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience implementing and enforcing GMP.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficient in safety management and sanitation practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work during the night shift and handle the physical demands.
