Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a 2nd shift to oversee replenishment, picking, and value-added services, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and cost control.

You will lead staff, set daily objectives, and generate reports to meet throughput goals while maintaining compliance with VF policies. English fluency is essential; bilingual Spanish is a plus. This on-site role requires flexibility for extended hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of equivalent warehouse experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Experience and proficiency with WMS (PkMS) or other comparable WMS, RF and MHE technologies.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop staff to improve performance and achieve goals.
• Ability to balance and prioritize competing demands.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management with confidence and respect.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in core computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Bi‑lingual - Spanish preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

• Supervise replenishment, picking, trouble resolution and VAS to ensure accurate and timely operations.
• Meet fiscal targets including budgets, forecasts, cost control and labor planning.
• Assume responsibility of product from replenishment on a wave‑by‑wave basis through fast pick/shelf picking, trouble resolution and VAS.
• Ensure staffing levels are appropriate for all aspects of the daily/monthly workflow.
• Set clear and measurable goals for all associates on a daily/monthly/yearly basis.
• Provide supervisory leadership to area associates to ensure outstanding service to internal and external customers.
• Establish workload priorities and provide clear daily objectives for the area under supervision.
• Create, generate, and analyze DC/LM reports to ensure throughput goals are being met.
• Ensure full compliance with VF policies and procedures.
