Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm - 11:30pm) to lead daily warehouse operations and drive quality service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with MS Office and scanner equipment.
• Availability to work flexible schedule including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Prepare schedules
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program
• Communicate with leadership, team members and other departments
• Implement continuous improvement action plans
• Always maintain a clean environment
