Job summary

VF Corporation’s Danville Distribution Center seeks an Operations Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety compliance. You will lead forklift operations, cycle counts, and data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inbound, outbound, and replenishment activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience or equivalent
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Ability to count, verify, and reconcile inventory
• Accurate data entry to prevent errors
• Understand inbound/outbound and replenishment processes

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other equipment to move inventory
• Perform cycle counts and reconciliations
• Record inventory movements using WMS or handheld devices
• Verify quantities, lot numbers, expiration dates, and locations
• Support inbound/outbound and replenishment activities
• Identify and report variances or damaged goods
• Maintain documentation and follow inventory procedures
• Ensure safety guidelines and company policies are followed
• Collaborate with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams
