Chick-fil-A Seabrook is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead from the frontline, develop a large team, and establish a culture of care from day one.

Chick-fil-A Seabrook is looking for an Operations Supervisor to spearhead restaurant excellence. This role is designed for a high-energy leader with a contagious passion for people and Chick-fil-A's culture of care. The Operations Supervisor will work directly with the Owner/Operator and leadership team to build systems, develop leaders, and establish culture. Chick-fil-A Seabrook is a brand new restaurant, and this is a tremendous opportunity to help build this business from the ground up.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will take ownership of the customer experience and the development of team members and leaders. You will be responsible for developing people, building systems, achieving strong results in restaurant KPIs, and driving a culture of kindness and care. You will be an ambassador of the vision, mission, and core values of Chick-fil-A Seabrook.

You’ll have the opportunity to help shape our culture from the beginning, develop a large team, work directly with the Owner/Operator, and build systems that can influence the restaurant for years to come.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop Team Members, Team Leads, and Trainers
• Consistently execute the Chick-fil-A Winning Hearts Everyday strategy and Seabrook Fundamentals across all sales channels
• Drive restaurant KPIs related to customer experience, speed of service, labor productivity, and restaurant cleanliness
• Ensure effective training of all team members
• Identify problems, develop solutions, and continuously improve systems
• Work actively in restaurant operations
