Chick-fil-A Seabrook is offering a Leadership & Management Development Track with room to grow. There is a pathway to leadership, increased pay, and responsibility. Leadership development can begin from day one, with opportunities to advance based on performance, readiness, and the needs of the restaurant.

No restaurant experience is required. Starting pay is up to $24/hour; full-time and part-time opportunities exist with morning, lunch, afternoon, evening, and closing shifts.

Pay & Availability

Starting Pay: Up to $24/hour

Starting pay is based on position, availability, and business needs. Team Members who are available to work opening shifts (beginning as early as5:15 AM) or closing shifts (ending as late as11:00 PM), are eligible for the highest starting pay opportunities. We welcome applicants with a variety of availability needs.

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available

• Some Saturday availability is required
