• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Waste industry experience; CDL; bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) is a plus; familiarity with Trux or Workday is beneficial.

At Coastal, our Operations Supervisors do more than oversee routes—they build teams, develop future leaders, and ensure our customers receive reliable service every day.### ## Your Role As a **Operations Supervisor**, you'll lead Drivers, Collection Specialists, Lead Drivers, Dispatchers, and other operational team members while overseeing the daily execution of collection operations.
