Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Lantana, FL to lead drivers, dispatchers and frontline teams, ensuring safe, reliable collection operations and strong customer service.

You will own staffing, coach employees, conduct safety huddles, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and make real-time decisions to optimize routes and performance.

As a **Operations Supervisor** at Coastal Waste & Recycling, you'll play a vital role in leading our frontline operations while creating a culture centered on safety, teamwork, accountability, and exceptional customer service.At Coastal, our Operations Supervisors do more than oversee routes—they build teams, develop future leaders, and ensure our customers receive reliable service every day.**Your Role**As a Operations Supervisor, you'll lead Drivers, Collection Specialists, Lead Drivers, Dispatchers, and other operational team members while overseeing the daily execution of collection operations.
