At Coastal, our Operations Supervisors do more than oversee routes—they build teams, develop future leaders, and ensure our customers receive reliable service every day.### **Your Role** As a Operations Supervisor, you'll lead Drivers, Collection Specialists, Lead Drivers, Dispatchers, and other operational team members while overseeing the daily execution of collection operations.
